Housed within the Coop Alina, this new enterprise has quickly become a favourite on rue Saint-Germain Ouest. It offers a variety of breads made from natural sourdough and organic Quebec flours, as well as pure butter pastries and gourmet sandwiches made with regional ingredients. Open Monday to Saturday, you can also find Farinographe wares at the Rimouski Public Market every Saturday from June to October.
