In the tranquil premises of the Lisette-Morin Municipal Library, explore the impressive resources of the Rimouski Genealogy and History Society at the Genealogy Research Centre. Known throughout Quebec, this service provides 10 computer stations as well as many dictionaries, directories, registers, periodicals, microfilms, monographs, scrolls and other works that may contain the information you’re looking for. Whether you are exploring your family tree or conducting extensive genealogical research, volunteers will be there to offer technical support and guide your inquiry. It is open 24 hours a week and also periodically offers free lectures and training on the centre’s resources and databases.
