Site historique de la maison Lamontagne

Build in 1744, Lamontagne House is the oldest stone-filled half-timbered house open to the public in Eastern Quebec. Almost three hundred years old, it was built for Marie-Agnès Lepage, granddaughter of the first resident lord of Rimouski. Animated visits, exhibitions about the life in the New France era and shop with regional products. Also on site, an exhibition about the evolution of the residential architecture in Quebec, bread baking on Friday afternoons and musical performances on Sunday.

La Société, Jeux d’évasion

La Société : Jeux d’évasion offre une expérience de divertissement unique dans le Bas-St-Laurent. Établie à Rimouski, la Société est une jeune entreprise qui oeuvre dans les secteurs du jeu d’évasion et du jeu immersif. Chez nous, le but est de s’échapper d’une pièce dans laquelle on vous enferme, vous et votre équipe (4-6 personnes). Pour ce faire, vous devez résoudre une série d’énigmes liées à la thématique de la pièce dans laquelle vous vous retrouvez. Attention ! Vous n’avez que 60 minutes pour vous enfuir et faire partie de l’élite, puisque seulement 15% des gens réussissent. Sensations fortes garanties ! Venez tester la cohésion entre les cerveaux de votre groupe d’amis ou de vos collègues de travail ! Chez Papi et Mamie: jeu de 4 à 6 joueurs (1 heure) . Le cachot : jeu de 2 joueurs (30 minutes ). Perdu en mer : jeu de 4 à 7 joueurs (1 heure). Le repaire de la sorcière : jeu de 4 à 6 joueurs

Le phare de Pointe-au-Père, Lieu historique national du Canada

Climb the 128 steps of one of the tallest lighthouse in Canada. Learn about the difficulties of navigating the St.Lawrence, the role of the lighthouse in the history of navigation and the various sound signalling systems. Visit our temporary exhibition, BEACONS BURNING BRIGHT!   The exhibition’s scale models, photos and artefacts bring into the limelight the lighthouses of the St. Lawrence, which for nearly two centuries signalled land to mariners!

Musée des Sœurs de Notre-Dame-du-Saint-Rosaire

The Museum presents the history and mission of the Congregation. The exhibit artefacts and pedagogical activities also highlight many cultural and social aspects.
